Located in Mancelona, MI we offer year round climate controlled storage solutions for your boat, car, motorcycle or RV. Our eco-friendly geothermal heating system allows us to control both the indoor temperature and humidity, protecting your toys from the harsh Michigan weather. Indoor temperatures will remain between 55 and 68 degrees Fahrenheit year-round and our humidity levels stay below 50% protecting against moisture-loving mold and mildew!
Our facility is kept secure with 24/7 security system monitoring and building access is restricted to our personnel, giving you peace of mind that your items are safe with us. Please note, our facility is *BY APPT ONLY*
We make storage easy! Call to arrange your drop off date, we'll store your item for you as long as you need and when you're ready to remove your item from storage simply call to arrange your pick up date! We offer pick up and delivery services for an additional fee, contact us today for a quote.
Please note for indoor climate controlled storage our facility has a door height restriction of 14'.
M-88 Storage Solutions has Northern Michigan's most affordable outside (non climate controlled) storage at a flat rate of $30 per vehicle/month no matter the size!
Indoor climate controlled storage is $8/linear ft/month
Additionally, we have availability for large (1000sqft-2000sqft), non climate controlled space as well. Please contact us to inquire more.
